If an image is displayed at 800px wide, a 4000px source may be unnecessary. In maximum-size mode, optional dimension reduction can help meet a byte limit. Check destination dimensions and inspect fine detail: downscaling changes pixels and can reduce readability.

A result is downloadable only when it fits the limit. 1 KB means 1,000 bytes; output does not need to equal the limit exactly.
