Local file and calculator tools

Calculator inputs and files selected in the PDF, image and developer workspaces are processed in your browser. Selecting a file in these workspaces does not upload it to Yuitility for processing. Page assets, libraries and machine-learning models may still download over the network. Local processing does not protect against a compromised device, browser extension or a file you choose to share.

Optional AI assistant

AI chat is a separate online service. Sending a message transmits the message, recent conversation context and selected model settings to our /api/ai server endpoint. When a provider is configured, the server forwards that information to NVIDIA or the supported provider you select. If you supply an API key, it is also sent to the server to authenticate that provider request; new keys are kept in page memory, not saved to local storage.

Do not send passwords, private files or sensitive personal information in chat. Provider retention and processing depend on that provider’s terms. The application does not promise zero retention by infrastructure or AI providers. Closing the chat does not retract a request already sent.

Contact forms and website requests

Submitting a contact form sends the name, email and message you enter to the server and configured mail service so the team can respond. Normal page requests reveal network information such as IP address and browser headers to hosting infrastructure. We do not operate advertising trackers in the application. We cannot infer infrastructure log-retention settings from local processing alone.

Browser storage and downloads

Theme, favorites, recent tools, local ratings, assistant settings and usage counters may be saved in browser storage. Star ratings stay on your device; they are not submitted as reviews. Your browser may cache application assets for offline use. Clear site data in browser settings to remove local preferences and cached data. Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them.

Some older versions saved a custom AI key in local storage. New versions do not read that stored key; clear site data to remove any older value. Never use the AI assistant as a secret-storage service.

Questions and verification

Inspect network request payloads while operating a tool to verify its behavior. Downloads of code or models differ from uploads of your inputs.
