SVG describes shapes; PNG stores pixels. The SVG to PNG Converter chooses a raster size for drawing those shapes when a destination needs a PNG.
Choose dimensions deliberately
A logo displayed at 600 CSS pixels wide might use a 1200-pixel image for a high-density display. Preserve aspect ratio: doubling a 600 × 300 image gives 1200 × 600, not 1200 × 300.
An SVG can reference fonts, images, filters or external resources. Missing fonts may render differently; external resources may fail. Inspect the export rather than assuming every valid SVG renders identically. An embedded raster image does not gain detail by enlarging the SVG wrapper.
Verify the download
Check output dimensions in another viewer. Inspect fine text and strokes at 100% zoom. For transparent output, inspect edges on both light and dark backgrounds. Retain the SVG as the editable source.
See the SVG documentation for vector-format behavior. A larger file is not automatically a better image.
